Food services are available for up to 24 clients staying at Salmon Catcher Lodge on a deluxe package.

Continental Breakfast menu starting at 4:30 am daily

• Juice, milk, coffee
• Cereals, yogurt
• Bagels, muffins, bread and waffles
• Fresh fruit in season
• Hard boiled eggs

Lunch Service

Will consist of sandwiches, fruit, chips and drink supplied by a local caterer.

Dinner

You have two choices for dinner. Each suite at Salmon Catcher Lodge has a full or efficiency kitchen and gas grill out side. You can either shop and cook in or eat at one of the local restaurants.

It is just a 5-mile drive to some great places to eat.

Nightly Happy Hour

Salmon Catcher Lodge offers beer, wine and selected liquor service in our recreation room. We have Happy Hour every
afternoon from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm when you return from fishing. Meet up with the other fisherman and swap fishing stories and enjoy a cocktail, coffee or a soda. This service is only offered to Salmon Catcher Lodge guests.

For all Fully Guided Fishing in our packages the fishing equipment is provided by the Guides. For those of you that would like to bank fish on your own in the evenings or those folks that come in on lodging only. We have top of the line G-Loomis rods and reels to rent for a small daily fee. There is a refundable deposit on the equipment when it is returned in the shape it was rented.

We can also provide hip-boots for those people that do not wish to bring their own.

Fish Cleaning and Vacuum Packaging
We offer fish processing equipment for your use.

The rate for fish packing is $1.25 per pound. This includes commercial vacuum packing, and freezing. For those staying with us on fishing packages, the first 50 pounds you packed is free! The 50 pounds is added together for a group and there is no charge until the group, as a whole, have exceeded their allowed poundage.

We have specially constructed boxes that are marked “Fresh
Alaskan seafood” available for 15.00 each. Feel free to bring
your own boxes or purchase them locally if our boxes do not
meet your needs.
