Alaska Fishing Trips

Salmon Catcher Lodge offers guided salmon fishing trips, hunting and adventure travel in Kenai Alaska. Lodging only packages are also available.

Packages are offered the entire season and include 5 nights of lodging, 4 days of fully guided fishing with all equipment provided and the flowing activities:

June 2012 - $1425.00 per person

We are offering a great Alaskan fishing opportunity in June for a very reasonable price.

(5) nights lodging in our Delux Lodge with 4 days of fully guided fishing.
1- Float plane fly out for fishing / Bear Viewing and Glaice tour by air
2 days on the Kasilof River for King Salmon ( Drift Boat ) trip. Fish here average 18 to 30 lbs but there are Kings taken every year in the 40 to 50 lbs range.
(1) Kasilof trip can be traded for a Deep Creek Hailbut trip. Must be traded at time of booking
1 day on the Kenai for a chance at one of the monster kenai Kings.

This trip can be taken any (5) days between Sundays.

July 2012 - $2545.00 Per Person

This trip offers every species of fish available in our area of Alaska.

(7) mnights Lodging in our Delux Lodge
(1) Float Plane Fly out Wolverine Creek - Bear Viewing -Salmon Fishing -Glacier tour by air.
(1) Float Plane Fly Out - Kustatan River for Salmon -Fly to the remote Kustatan River where we have Jet Boats. The earliest Silver Salmon Run in the entire state.
(2) Days on the Kenai or Kasilof fro King Salmon. Fish the Kenai for one of the monster Kings it is know for or do a drift boat trip on the Kasilof River..
(1) Seward Multi Species trip- Depending on the dates of your trip this day on the Ocean offer- Halibut / Rock Fish / Ling Cod and Silver Salmon.

Add a second day in Seward for our special Silver Salmon trip ( limit 6 per person) for $275.00

August 2012 - $2670.00 per person

This is for the fisherman that wants to experience the best Alaska has to offer in August.

(7) Nights Lodging in our Delux Lodge
(1) Float Plane Fly out - Big River Lakes - This is a Silver Salmon Fishing Trip - Bear Viewing and a Glaicer Trip by AIr.
(1) Float Plane Fly Out - Kustatan River - This is a fly out to the remote Kustatn River where we keep Jet Boats. 10 to 30 fish days are not uncommon and its a great day to bring your fly fishing gear.Fish average 3 to 10 lbs but some monster Silvers are taken every year from this river.
(1) Float Plane Fly Out - The Chuit River where you and your guide are picked up from the plane by local natives.The area where you fish is private and owned by the local natives. Another great day to bring your fly fishing gear.
(1) Kenai River trip for SIlver Salmon

For $100 per person this trip can be changed to the Middle river combo trip for Silver Salmon and the big Kenai River Rainbow Trout.

(1) Seward multi species trip -Fish for Salmon / Halibut / Ling Cod and Rock Fish. This is a fill your freezer day at the Lodge.

Salmon Catcher Lodge - Alaska Fishing Trips

For all Fully Guided Fishing in our packages the fishing equipment is provided by the Guides. For those of you that would like to bank fish on your own in the evenings or those folks that come in on lodging only. We have top of the line G-Loomis rods and reels to rent for a small daily fee. There is a refundable deposit on the equipment when it is returned in the shape it was rented.

We can also provide hip-boots for those people that do not wish to bring their own.

Fish Cleaning and Vacuum Packaging

The rate for fish packing is $1.25 per pound. This includes commercial vacuum packing, and freezing. For those staying with us on fishing packages, the first 50 pounds you packed is free! The 50 pounds is added together for a group and there is no charge until the group, as a whole, have exceeded their allowed poundage.

We have specially constructed boxes that are marked “Fresh Alaskan seafood” available for 15.00 each. Feel free to bring your own boxes or purchase them locally if our boxes do not meet your needs.
